Series 1 - Ep 5: Mama Carol, Nakuru
We are in Bahati, Nakuru County visiting Mama and Baba Carol. We look at how to increase food production in their kitchen garden and introduce them to a new energy saving jiko, as well as ways to purchase it through a local Sacco. We also bring in a chef to show Mama Carol how to make a delicious and nutritious meal.
