Mama Kigen lives with her husband and their two children - 6 year old Kigen and 21 month old Kiembo in Iten, Elgeyo-Marakwet county. The family have a smoky and dilapidated kitchen that is not good for their health. Mama Kigen also lacks storage space in her kitchen and there are concerns surrounding fuel costs and the sanitary condition of the kitchen.
