Milk, Banana and Avocado Smoothie

Banana and avocado mash


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 medium-sized avocado
  • 1 cup of milk (fresh or fermented)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey


  • Peel and cut the avocado and banana and then mash together.
  • Squeeze in the lemon juice and add the honey to the mixture.
  • Mix in the milk and mash with a fork until it becomes smooth in consistency.
