Milk, Banana and Avocado Smoothie
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 medium-sized avocado
- 1 cup of milk (fresh or fermented)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Peel and cut the avocado and banana and then mash together.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice and add the honey to the mixture.
- Mix in the milk and mash with a fork until it becomes smooth in consistency.
