Vegetable Chapati Roll

Vegetable Chapati


  • Chapatis (cooked)
  • Mangoes
  • Tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Coriander
  • Onions
  • Salt
  • Lemon


  • Prepare ingredients by chopping them up and placing them into separate bowls.
  • Select a chapati and add to it a table spoon of tomatoes, mangoes, avocado and onions followed by a pinch of salt. Squeeze some lemon juice on top.
  • Roll the chapati and slice at an angle.
  • Serve!
