Omena in Groundnut Paste
Ingredients
- Omena
- Spring onions
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Tomatoes
- Ground nuts
Method
- Boil the omena for about 15 minutes and set it aside.
- Fry the spring onions and garlic in a pan, and then add some chopped tomatoes.
- Add the omena followed by some crushed ground nuts. Give this mixture some time to boil.
- Serve with ugali and green leafy vegetables!
