Vegetable Chapati Roll
Ingredients
- Chapatis (cooked)
- Mangoes
- Tomatoes
- Avocado
- Coriander
- Onions
- Salt
- Lemon
Method
- Prepare ingredients by chopping them up and placing them into separate bowls.
- Select a chapati and add to it a table spoon of tomatoes, mangoes, avocado and onions followed by a pinch of salt. Squeeze some lemon juice on top.
- Roll the chapati and slice at an angle.
- Serve!
